“I am delighted and humbled to receive this honour, especially for being involved in projects that have enriched my life and provided me the pleasure of meeting many great Canadians across our nation that continue to volunteer in projects to make our country a better place for our youth,” says Quinn.

Tom has been a dedicated volunteer who has striven to make positive contributions to the sporting community for over 30 years. His unparalleled leadership is demonstrated throughout the multiple positions he held in a myriad of different sport organizations.
