2015 Canada Winter Games in Prince George, BC

Prince George hosted the 2015 Canada Winter Games from February 13th to March 1st

Team Quebec’s athletes competed at an incredible level, earning an astounding 141 medals (62 gold, 39 silver and 40 bronze).

A notable feat was achieved by Quebec speedskater Dominic Goyette, who broke Charles Hamelin’s 12 year-old Canada Games record, recording a time of 1:28.214. The Canadian Olympic great skated at 1:28.450 in Bathurst-Campbellton in 2003.

New Brunswick took home to Centennial Cup, Yukon won the Jack Pelech, and it was a tie for the Claude Hardy between Saskatchewan and B.C.
