The 2017 Canada Summer Games brand unveiled

Created by McKim Communications Group, the 2017 Canada Summer Games brand positions summer as a major event, not just a season, in Manitoba. It will be the biggest event of the season, the hottest summer in half a century when we celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Canada Games. See why the summer of 2017 is sure to be the hottest summer in half a century by reading our brand story, or by checking out the video below.

Major legacy project announced for Pan Am Pool

The Pan Am Pool will host Swimming and Diving at the 2017 Canada Summer Games. Significant facility enhancements will be undertaken before the Games, including the replacement of the bulkhead, and a variety of planned upgrades to sport equipment. These improvements will bring the Pan Am Pool up to current competition standards, and enable the hosting of aquatics championships and events at the highest level of competition. As well, the more modern bulkhead design will facilitate greater multisport use and year-round training opportunities for athletes.
