Pan Am Pool is Winnipeg’s premier aquatic facility. Originally constructed for the Pan American Games, the pool has hosted the event twice, in 1967 and 1999. With its two 50-metre pools and a full diving area, the facility is host to world-class aquatic events and is the designated venue for swimming and diving for the 2017 Canada Summer Games.
2017 Games Legacy
The Pan Am Pool will undergo major physical upgrades for the 2017 Canada Summer Games, including replacing the bulkhead and timing equipment, as well as the addition of a diving dryland training room. These upgrades will enhance the athlete experience for years to come.
