Assists with services to VIPs attending the Games.

 

VIP Hotels and Airport

Crew

Duties: Welcomes VIPs to the Games, distributes VIP accreditation badges, and acts as the hub of information for VIPs.

Skills: Friendly, outgoing, good communication skills.

Supervisor

Duties: Oversees all VIP crew and services at the hotel and at the Airport.

Skills: Supervisory experience, VIP services experience.

 

VIP Lounge

Crew

Duties: Meets and greets VIPs and seats them in designated seating areas. Maintains visibility at all times so VIPs know where designated seating areas are located and who to approach with questions/concerns.

Skills:  Friendly, outgoing, good communication skills.

Supervisor

Duties: Oversees all VIP services at the venue.

Skills: Supervisory experience, VIP services experience.

 

VIP Receptions

Crew

Duties: A minimum of five official receptions will be held during the 2017 Canada Summer Games. This position will be responsible for enacting any arrangements under the direction of the supervisor as well as acting as hosts and greeters at each reception where needed.

Skills: Personable, punctual, energetic.

Supervisor

Duties: Manages the VIP receptions crew at Games-time based on direction from the reception hosts and the 2017 Canada Summer Games Protocol function.

Skills: Personable, attention to detail, multi-tasking and cool under pressure.
