Q: What is your favourite Canada Games memory?

A: Definitely beating Alberta in the finals to win gold!

Q: How did the Canada Games help you become a better athlete?

A: The Games helped me become a better athlete because they rounded me into a good teammate. Also, they taught me how to deal with pressure situations when my team and teammates needed me most.

Q: What made the Games unique to other events you competed at?

A: The sportsmanship and how all these Canadian athletes cheered on their province in other sports.

Q: What advice would you give to future Canada Games  athletes?

A: To enjoy each step of the way. It will be one of the best experiences of your lives because it was definitely one of the best experiences of mine!

Q: What is one important lesson you learned from competing at the Canada Games?

A: There were many lessons that I learned but one that stuck out was that you can only control you and how you play. Everything else is out of your control.
