Each Canada Summer Games features two weeks of competition, typically between 16 and 20 sports, up to 4,600 participants (athletes, coaches and managers) from coast to coast to coast, and over 5,000 volunteers.

The Moncton - Saint John 2029 Canada Games will be the third edition hosted in the province. New Brunswick previously hosted the 1985 Canada Summer Games in Saint John, and the 2003 Canada Winter Games in Bathurst - Campbellton.
The exact dates for the 2029 Games will be announced in the coming months.
