For the second day in a row, female sporting history was made at the Niagara 2022 Canada Summer Games. Newfoundland and Labrador’s Jaida Lee became the first female to pitch in the men’s baseball competition at the Games on Monday at Welland Stadium. On Sunday, women’s box lacrosse was played for the first time at the Games.
